I went deep on this one. Hours of research, podcasts, and documentation — because what I kept seeing was women looking for real answers and finding sales pitches instead. The blog breaks down what peptides actually are, where they come from, what the science supports and what it doesn't. I cover BPC-157 specifically — including where I personally land on it. I get into retatrutide, which people are very excited about right now for good reason, and why I'd pump the brakes on that one for now. And I go deep on the grey market reality that most people buying these products have no idea about.
