For 25 years I have dedicated myself to understanding how women's bodies heal, strengthen, and transform. In astrology, the Sixth House governs health, daily wellness, service, and the physical body — and that has always been the heart of my work: helping women tend to themselves through skilled, devoted care.
My foundation is clinical — and it started early. At 16 I began working in a chiropractic office, learning hands-on care before most people have their first job. From there I moved into physical therapy, working alongside surgeons, chiropractors, and specialists through pre- and post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injuries, and complex recoveries. I became a certified massage therapist at 19. By 20 I had earned the trust of my colleagues and supervisors in ways that surprised even me — sought out above more experienced practitioners for the most delicate and demanding work. It was in those moments that I began to understand that what I was capable of might be something more than skill. It was a calling.
I spent years in clinical and private practice settings, deepening my expertise with every session. After taking a few years off following the birth of my second child, I discovered that California's certification requirements had changed — I would need to return to massage school. What felt like a frustrating setback became one of the greatest gifts of my career. I came back with fresh eyes and decades of lived experience. Reiki had been introduced to me during my original training, and returning to school rekindled that curiosity. The course offered there opened the door — I went on to expand my Reiki education through dedicated study beyond that.
From there I took a position at a medical spa specializing in lymphatic drainage massage for post-operative clients — initially to supplement income as I was building my private practice. The experience deepened my technical expertise considerably. But it also forced a choice. I had too much experience, too much passion, and too clear a sense of the kind of healing I was capable of to keep dividing myself. I chose my own practice. And I went all in. I pursued my NASM personal trainer certification — not as another credential to collect, but as a return to something I had always believed: that movement is medicine. Everything I had learned working alongside physical therapists and rehabilitation specialists had never left me. Becoming a certified personal trainer allowed me to bring that understanding fully into my practice — to offer women not just bodywork, but the tools to build lasting strength, resilience, and physical power.
But there was always something more beneath my hands. I could feel energy moving — or stuck. I noticed how bodies held stories, how tension showed up in patterns, how release came when something deeper was acknowledged. Reiki gave me a language for what I had always been sensing. And once I had that — once I trusted what my hands and my intuition already knew — I stopped dismissing the other practices I had quietly carried for years. Tarot and astrology had always been there, studied privately, the way so many women practice them — with devotion and without apology, but rarely out loud.
It took experience — and honesty with myself — to stop keeping those parts apart. Over the last decade I began to approach tarot and astrology the way I approach everything: with serious dedication. I studied. I wrote. I created guides on both practices — the same way I write about menopause, metabolic health, and nutrition — because I believe women deserve access to this knowledge in a clear, grounded, useful form. I read voraciously. I consume research, books, podcasts, and data with the same hunger I had at 16 standing in that chiropractic office trying to absorb everything around me. I am never finished learning.
This is how I serve now: with skilled hands that have spent 25 years learning how bodies heal. With evidence-based knowledge about movement, nutrition, hormones, and metabolic health. With Reiki, tarot, and astrology offered not as accessories but as fully developed areas of expertise. I work exclusively with women because I believe in protecting and empowering women in every way I know how — physically, energetically, and spiritually.
I am here to help you become strong in your body and powerful in your own magic.
