Reiki & Energy Healing

My approach honors the roots of Reiki while acknowledging that what most of us practice in the West has evolved far from its Japanese origins — something I hold with humility and deep respect. What grounds my practice is 25 years of hands-on bodywork and an intuitive understanding of how the body holds tension, emotion, and energy.

Each session is intuitive and personal, responding to what your body calls for in the moment. I work primarily through the chakra system, focusing on clearing and balancing each energy center to encourage flow and restore harmony — and when there is a specific area of physical tension or emotional holding that needs attention, I go there too. My intention throughout is always the same: release, let go, let it flow.

Clients experience this differently — subtle sensations, a deep sense of release and alignment, or simply stillness and peace.

Every session begins with clear intention and consent, creating a safe space for healing and renewal. This work is completely personalized to you — your body, your needs, your comfort level.

Reiki is available as a standalone session in 15, 30, and 60-minute sessions, or as a short add-on to any massage service.
