Reiki & Energy Healing

Reiki is the oldest and most human kind of healing - the simple, sacred act of laying hands on another person with clear intention and prayer. Like a beloved grandmother's hand on your forehead when you're sick, this ancient practice creates space for the body's natural wisdom to restore itself.

My approach honors traditional reiki while weaving in 25 years of intuitive bodywork expertise. Each session is a blend of gentle energy work and hands-on techniques, responding to what your body calls for in the moment. I work to identify areas of stuck energy, emotional blockages, and physical tension - sometimes allowing energy to flow through gentle presence, sometimes using massage techniques to release what's ready to move.

I often work with the chakra system, focusing on clearing and balancing these energy centers to encourage flow and restore harmony throughout your entire being. Each chakra corresponds to different physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects of your wellbeing, and blockages in these areas can manifest as tension, discomfort, or emotional holding patterns.

Clients experience this differently: subtle sensations or visuals, a deep and powerful sense of release and alignment, or simply stillness and peace.

Every session begins with clear intention and consent, creating safe space for profound healing and renewal. This work is completely personalized to you - your body, your needs, your comfort level.
